Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack Your Floafers
Place your unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer, ensuring the new return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
